Pastor Kofi Owusu-Boakye spent over two decades at USAID in international economic development and investment, most recently as Senior Economic & Digital Advisor in the Asia Bureau, where he directed multi-million dollar regional programs and served as Bureau Senior Coordinator for the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (USDFC), aligning strategic financial transactions with U.S. economic policy objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is currently pursuing a Master of Pastoral Ministry at Pentecost Biblical Seminary in Wayne, New Jersey. He now serves as a full-time minister with The Church of Pentecost U.S.A., Inc., appointed as the Resident Minister at PIWC Metro City Church in Northern Virginia.
