PENSA International, a ministry of the Church of Pentecost, on 19th January 2024 at the Pentecost Convention Centre – Gomoa Fetteh launched the “Global Internship and Professional Exchange Programme” during the Jospong Leadership Conference. This historic launch by PENSA International, is part of its professional networking vision. Since its inception, the ministry has envisioned a worldwide transformation of industries across diverse skilled labour sectors –academia, health etc. Hence, the aim to project and unleash professionalism and Godly values with a higher purpose, recognizing that the global dynamics of leadership in professional circles have reached unprecedented heights, much like the ascent of PENSA International.
Under the fatherly support of Apostle Eric Kwabena Nyamekye, Chairman of the Church of Pentecost and his Executive Council, the greenlight is given for the global internship programme and professional exchange to commence. Apostle Ebenezer Hagan – Youth Director of the Church of Pentecost, P/Ovr. Kofi Owusu Boakye – PENSA International Coordinator and Elder Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyapong – Chairman, Jospong Group of Companies, have duly led planning committees with inspiring dedication. The programme begins its pilot in Ghana with the Jospong Group of Companies and soon will expand to other companies, industries and neighbouring countries and continents including Australia, Europe, and North America.
The programme offers a myriad of benefits for students, graduates, professionals, organisations, and Christendom at large; with unforgettable exposures in world-class firms through the internships, so would the firms unearth hidden talents for the next generation. Professionals would add unto their experience, making them more globally competitive, and all their circles shall be rightly affected by the higher purpose of our existence.
